You are Indrani, by name, form and the power of Indra. You are Vak, the evidence and seed as well as the basis of this universe.
षष्ठी ऋक् । सरस्वति त्वं पवसे सह मरुता पर्वमानेन सहसाऽन्तरिक्षे ॥ स्वरेण प्रति पर्येषि विश्वतो
वाग विदा प्रतिमानं विश्वस्याधि बीजम् ॥ ६ ॥ पदपाठ :- सरस्वति । त्वम् । पवसे । सह । मरुता ।
पर्वमानेन । सहसा । अन्तरिक्षे । स्वरेण । प्रति । परिऽएपि । विश्वतः।
वाक् । विदा । प्रतिऽमानम् । विश्वस्य । अधि । बीजम् ॥ Oh Sarasvati ! you blow with the blowing god Marut with great power in the mid-air. You pervade the universe with sound. You are Vak, the evidence and seed of this universe.
अन्वयभाष्यम् । हे सरस्वति ! त्वम् अन्तरिक्षे पवमानेन प्रवहता मरुता सह सहसा बलेन पवसे प्रवासि, तेन च प्रतिस्वरेण विश्वतः पर्येषि व्याप्नोषि, वायुना सहैव सस्वरा वागपि सर्वत्रापि प्रचलतीति भावः, तस्मात् सा वागेव विदा-विश्वस्य जगतः प्रतिमानं मानरूपं अधिष्ठानं बीजरूपं चेति ॥
COMMENTARY-SUMMARY TRANSLATION Oh Sarasvati ! you blow fiercely in the mid-air with the blowing god Marut. You fill the universe with sound. Along with Vayu, Vak also moves all round. It is Vāk, which is the evidence and seed and the basis of this universe.
सप्तमी ऋक् । सरस्वति त्वं रुद्रेण विद्युतोप संहिता स्वरसीह रवथैनान्तः ॥ रुद्राणी मध्यमा गौरी गरीयसी वाग् विदा प्रतिमानं विश्वस्याधि बीजम् ॥ ७ ॥
