અમદાવાદ તા. ૧૯મી સપ્ટેમ્બર ૧૯૧૦ ર. ર. ઠાકરદાસ જમનાદાસ પંછના “સંસ્કૃત ભાષા પ્રદીપ'ને ઈગ્રજીથી અજાણ્યા સંસ્કૃતના જિજ્ઞાસુ ગુજરાતીભાઈએ આશા છે કે સારે આવકાર આપશે. આપણું ભાષામાં વિસ્તારવાળું સંસ્કૃત વ્યાકરણ આ પહેલું જ છે. એને અનેક પ્રકારે ઉપયોગી બનાવવાને કર્તાએ બહુ શ્રમ લીધે જણાય છે. સંસ્કૃત ભાષાના બંધારણનું સંતોષકારક જ્ઞાન મેળવવા માટે આવા વ્યાકરણના અભ્યાસની બહુ જરૂર છે.
