स्पर्शन) जो रज और मल के स्पर्श से रहित हैं, (नव - अम्बुरूह - चन्दन - प्रतिम- दिव्यगन्ध-उदयम्) जिनके नवीन कमल और चंदन की गन्ध के समान दिव्य गन्ध का उदय है । (रवि- इन्दु-कुलिश - आदि- दिव्य - बहुलक्षण - अलंकृत) जो सूर्य, चन्द्रमा तथा वज्र आदि दिव्य लक्षणों से सुशोभित हैं और (दिवाकर - सहस्त्र - भासुरम्-अपि क्षणानां प्रियम्) जो सहस्त्रों / हजारों सूर्यों के समान देदीप्यमान होने पर भी नेत्रों के लिये प्रिय है ।
The Jinas whose nails and hair exist with in limits (i.e. whose nails and hair do not grow further after the menifestation of omniscience), who are free from the touch of dirts and filth (of karmas); who are highly fragrant because of the divine fragrance of fresh lotuses and sandalwood; who are adorned with the divine characterstics of the sun, moon, thunderbolt etc. and who are pleasing to the eyes (of living beings) inspite of radiation being as resplendent as thousands of suns combined.
हितार्थ - परिपन्थिभिः प्रबल राग - मोहादिभिः, कलंकितमना जनो यदभवीक्ष्य शोशुद्धयते । सदाभिमुख - मेव यज्जगति पश्यतां सर्वतः,
शरद् - विमल-चन्द्र-मण्डल - मिवोत्थितं दृश्यते । ।34 ।।

(हितार्थ -परि- पथिभिः) प्राणियों का सर्वोत्कृष्ट हित मोक्ष है, उसका विरोधी (प्रबल - राग - मोहादिभिः) प्रबल शत्रु राग-द्वेष मोह आदि से ( कलड्रिकतमना जनः ) कलुषित हृदय वाले मानव भी (यत्) जिनको (अभिवीक्ष्य) देखकर ( शोशुद्धयते) अत्यन्त निर्मलता को प्राप्त होते हैं (जगति) संसार में (सर्वतः पश्यताम् ) चारों ओर से देखने वालों को, (यत् सदाभिमुखमेव ) जो सदा सामने ही ( उत्थित) उदय को प्राप्त (शरद् - विमल-चन्द्र- मण्डलम् - इव) शरद ऋतु के चन्द्र मण्डल के समान (दृश्यते) दिखाई देता है ।
The Jinas by viewing/looking whome, human beings with minds and hearts blemished by attachment, aversion and delusion (which are adverse and upposed to salvation) become purified and who appear to all the living beings of universe (existing in all directions) in front of them as resplendent as the full moon of automn.
