१ यह ग्रंथमाला स्वर्गीय मुनिअनंतकीर्तिजीके स्मरणार्थ खोली - गई है । इसमें प्राचीन आर्षग्रंथोंका उद्धार कराया जायगा । इसके संरक्षक श्रीमान् सेठ गुरुमुखराय सुखानंदजी हैं ।
२ मुनिमहाराजके नामसे खुलनेका कारण यह है कि एक समय मुनिमहाराज भ्रमण करते हुए मुम्बईनगर में पधारे । एक दिन यहांके सुप्रसिद्ध उक्त सेठ सुखानंदजीके यहां मुनि महाराजका आहार नवधा भक्ति के साथ निर्विघ्न हुआ । उसके हर्षमें सेठ साहबने अपनी उदारताका परिचय देनेके लिये ११०१ ) ग्यारह सौ एक रुपये मुनिजीके नामसे जैनग्रंथ उद्धार कराने के लिये दानमें दिये । मुनिमहाराज फिर भ्रमण करते हुए मुरैना नगर में पधारे और रोगसे ग्रसित होजानेसे वहां उनका स्वर्गवास होगया । उसके कुछ दिनों बाद उन ग्यारह सौ एक रुपये से मुनिधर्मका महान् ग्रंथ मूलाचार हिंदी भाषा टीका सहित मुनिमहाराजके नामसे प्रकाशित किया गया है ।
३ इसमें जितने ग्रंथ प्रकाशित होंगे उनका मूल्य लागतमात्र रक्खा जायगा । लागतमें ग्रंथ संपादन कराई, संशोधन कराई छपाई, जिल्द बंधवाई आफिसखर्च और कमीशन भी शामिल
समझा जायगा ।
