अब मैं सम्यग्दर्शन ज्ञान चारित्र तपमई अभ्यंतर संस्तर तथा भूमि पाषाण सिला तृणमई बाह्यसंस्तर ( सांथरा - आसन ) को जैसा कि केवलज्ञानियोंने कहा है वैसे प्राप्त होता हूं ॥ ३८ ॥ पहले श्लोक में प्रत्याख्यान कहनेकी प्रतिज्ञा व दूसरे सूत्रमें संस्तरस्तव कहनेकी प्रतिज्ञा सूचित की है ।
आगे सामायिकके खरूपकेलिये प्रत्याख्यानकी विधि कहते हैं;
जं किंचि मे दुच्चरियं सव्वं तिविहेण वोसरे । सामाइयं च तिविहं करेमि सव्वं णिरायारं ॥ ३९ ॥ यत् किंचित् दुश्चरितं सर्व त्रिविधेन व्युत्सृजामि । सामायिकं च त्रिविधं करोमि सर्वे निराकारम् ॥ ३९ ॥
अर्थ – जो कुछ मेरी पापक्रिया हैं उन सबको मन वचन कायसे मैं त्याग करता हूं और समताभावरूप निर्विकल्प निर्दोष सब सामायिकको मन वचन काय व कृत कारित अनुमोदनासे करता हूं ॥ ३९ ॥
आगे दुश्चरित्रके सब कारणोंको मन वचन कायकर छोड़ता हूँ ऐसा कहते हैं;बज्झन्भंतरमुवहिं शरीराई च भोयणं । मणेण वचि कायेण सव्वं तिविहेण वोसरे ॥ ४० ॥ बाह्याभ्यंतरमुपधिं शरीरादींश्च भोजनम् ।
मनसा वचसा कायेन सर्वे त्रिविधेन व्युत्सृजामि ॥ ४० ॥ अर्थ - क्षेत्र (खेत) आदि बाह्य परिग्रह, मिथ्यात्व आदि
