मूलाचारनिःसंगो निरारंभो मिक्षाचर्यायां शुद्धभावश्च । एकाकी ध्यानरतः सर्वगुणाढ्यो भवेत् श्रमणः॥१०००॥
अर्थ-दोनोंतरहके परिग्रहके अभाव होनेसे साधु मूर्छारहित होता है, पापक्रियासे रहित होता है, भिक्षाचर्या में शुद्धभाव होता है, एकाकी ध्यानमें लीन होता है, और सबगुणोंसे परिपूर्ण होता है ॥ १००० ॥ णामेण जहा समणो ठावणिए तहय दव्वभावेण । णिक्खेवो वीह तहा चदुव्विहो होइ णायव्वो॥
नाम्ना यथा श्रवणः स्थापनया तथा च द्रव्यभावेन । निक्षेपोपि इह तथा चतुर्विधो भवति ज्ञातव्यः ॥१००१॥
