मूलाचारक्रमके अनुसार आचार्योंकी परिपाटीसे आगमकी परिपाटीके अनुसार संक्षेपसे कहता हूं ॥५१७ ॥ णामट्ठवणा दव्वे खेत्ते काले तहेव भावे य । सामाइयह्मि एसो णिक्खेओ छविओ ओ॥५१८॥ नामस्थापना द्रव्यं क्षेत्रं कालस्तथैव भावश्च । सामायिके एषः निक्षेपः षड्विधो ज्ञेयः॥ ५१८॥
अर्थ-नाम स्थापना द्रव्य क्षेत्र काल भाव-इसतरह सामायिकमें छह प्रकारका निक्षेप जानना । शुभ अशुभ नामोंमें रागद्वेषका त्याग वह नामसामायिक है । इसीतरह अन्य भी जानना ॥ सम्मत्तणाणसंजमतवेहिं जं तं पसत्थसमगमणं । समयंतु तं तु भणिदं तमेव सामाइयं जाणे ॥५१९॥
सम्यक्त्वज्ञानसंयमतपोभिः यत्तत् प्रशस्तसमागमनं । समयस्तु स तु भणितस्तमेव सामायिकं जानीहि ॥५१९॥
अर्थ-सम्यक्त्व ज्ञान संयम तप-इन करके जो जीवके भली प्राप्ति अथवा उनकर सहित जीवके एकता वह समय है उसीको तुम सामायिक जानो ॥ ५१९ ॥ जिदउवसग्गपरीसह उवजुत्तो भावणासु समिदीसु। जमणियमउजदमदी सामाइयपरिणदो जीवो॥५२०॥ जितोपसर्गपरीषह उपयुक्तः भावनासु समितिषु । यमनियमोद्यतमतिः सामायिकपरिणतो जीवः ॥५२०॥
अर्थ-जिसने उपसर्ग और परीषहोंको जीतलिया है जो बारह भावना तथा पांच समितियोंमें उपयोगयुक्त है और जो यम नियमोंमें उद्यमी है वह जीव सामायिकमें लगा हुआ जानना ५२०
