chastity which gives immeasurable strength to the bones, which develops the corpuscles of blood and which imparts the glow of vigour to the face? (39)
યહાચ તુ પ્રાણત્ય—
હાડકાંઓમાં જબરદસ્ત શક્તિને અર્પણ કરનાર, લેહીને ખૂબ વિકસિત બનાવનાર અને મુખમાં પ્રતાપની લાલિમા ભરી દેનાર, એવા બ્રહ્મચર્ય તુ કાણુ ડાહ્યો માણસ સંરક્ષણ ન કરે ? ”—૩૯

ब्रह्मचर्य प्रशंसति
न तं शरत्पर्व हिमांशुरोचिः प्रहादमुत्पादयितुं क्षमेत । न तं रसं दिव्यफलानि चापि हार्द रसं ब्रह्म यमातनोति ॥४०॥
Neither the autumnal full moon nor the celestial fruits are able to give that pleasure and satisfaction which chastity bestows. ( 40 )
બ્રહ્મચર્યની શ્લાઘા—
“ તે આહ્વાદને આપવા શરઋતુના ચન્દ્રની કિરણા પણુ અશક્ત અને તે રસને આપવા સ્વર્ગીય ક્ળે પણ અસમર્થ છે, કે જે આહ્વાદ અને જે રસને બ્રહ્મચર્ય આપી શકે છે.”—૪૦
ब्रह्मचर्यस्य महोदयत्वमावेदयति
यत् प्राणभूतं मुनिधर्मलक्ष्म्या हेतुः परब्रह्मणि यच्च यस्मात् । निर्याति मेधा तटिनीव शैलात् तत् पालयन् ब्रह्म न पूज्यते कैः ? ॥ કરૈ ॥
