This is a Vaisnava work of Rāmānuja's school with five chapters, the 1st on branding the body with the mark of disc, the 2nd on putting on the sectarian mark of Ūrdhvapundra, the 3rd on the adoption of a Vaisnava name, and the 4th on devotion to God.
There appears to be another part of the work, as this is called Pūrva.
The author does not give his own name, but he gives his Guru's name as Srikrsna. 49B,
