This seems to be a commentary on the Dhyānadīpa of Pañcadaśī and especially on that portion of it which treats of Pañcikaraņa. The author supports Sankarācārya, Vidyāranya, Ānandagiri, Krsņānanda and others while refuting their opponents.

The MS. commences annotating on Sankara's Vākyavrtti which begins Anfiera etc. (See 10. Catal. No. 2300) and continues on the same subject up to the leaf 23. The 24th leaf is missing. In the 25th leaf it begins to comment on Vākyasudhā, another work of Sankarācārya, which begins og etc. (see L. 1247), and goes to the end. It contains also both the texts.
