नत्वा गणपतिं वामो मधुसूदननन्दनः । यन्त्रचिन्तामणेयीका कुर्वेऽहं सोपपत्तिकाम् ॥ १ ॥ विलोकितानि यन्त्राणि कृतानि बहुधा बुधैः । मतः शिरोमणिस्तेषां यन्त्रचिन्तामणिर्मम ॥ २ ॥ यन्त्रचिन्तामणिः श्रेष्ठः कथं न गणिते भवेत् । यस्मादगणितक्षेत्रविज्ञानमुपजायते ॥ ३ ॥ etc.
