इति ज्योतिष्मत्यां वर्षाधिपादिस्थभाग्याधिकारः ।
The last colophon runs thus :
इति महामहोपाध्यायदाक्षिणात्यश्रेष्ठगणपतिभट्टकृतायां ज्योतिमत्यां मण्डलनिर्णयाधिकारः समाप्तः । समाप्ता चेयं । औरस्त मयि लेखके ।
The condition of the manuscript does not admit of a thorough examination.

The first part comes to an end in leaf 22A and the second in 47A. Leaf 47B contains notes in Bengali on Varsaphala, the subject-matter of the second part.
The date and scribe of the MS. :
शकाब्दाः १७५८ वाङ्गाला सन १२४३ साल तारिख १७ चैत्र जेला वईमान परगणे अम्बिका गामिने हुदा वडवहरकुनिमध्ये मौजे कुटनीग्रामे श्रीमाधवचन्द्र अधिकारी
खाक्षरे लिखितं ग्रन्थं। चौरेण यदि नीयते । तत् पुरुषान्नरके यान्ति दशपूर्वान् दशापरान् ।
श्रीकृष्णात्मजश्रौदर्यनारायणशर्मणः पुत्रीमाधवचन्द्रशिरोमणेग्रंथोऽयम् ॥
