From these descriptions, the author of the text Brāhmaprabhāsūri and the commentator Daivajña Širomaņi entitled Bhāvabodhik. The work is better known as Bhuvanadīpikā.
The present MS. contains 43 verses only of the text. Begins thus :
श्रीगणेशाय नमः। सारखतं नमस्कृत्य महः सर्वतमोपहम् ।। ग्रहभावप्रकाशेन ज्ञानमुन्मौल्यते मया ॥१॥ ग्टहाधिपा उच्चनीचा अन्योनं मित्रशत्रवः । राहो महोच्चनीचानि केतुर्यत्रावतिष्ठति ॥ २ ॥ खरूपं ग्रहचक्रस्य वौक्ष्यं द्वादश वेश्मसु । निर्णयोऽभौटकालस्य यथालमं विचार्यते ॥ ३ ॥ ग्रहो विनटो यादृक्स्याद्राजयोगचतुश्यम् ।
लाभादिनां विचारश्च लग्नेशावस्थितेः फलम् ॥ ४ ॥ Text ends thus :
रूपलक्षणवर्णानां केशदोषसुखायुषां । वयःप्रमाणाजातीनां तनुस्थानानिरीक्षणम् ॥ ४३ ॥
