It begins by quoting from the Sabaratantra a list of the Acaryas of the Kapalika school and a mantra known as the mahākāpālikamantra. It then (Fol. 1A-2A) enumerates from the Kālīsābara the different types of śābaras along with the characteristic features of the worship described in them. These extracts agree with introductory portions of the works described respectively under Nos. 6091 and 6095 above. After this the work deals with the details of worship according to the Śābara system (शावरमन्त्रसाधनप्रकार - -Fol. 2A-4A) and ends with an indication of persons for whom this un-vedic type of worship is meant (कापालिक मतव्यवस्था ) .
