The work deals with the details of the Navaratra festival, giving both the pramāna ( Fol. 1 - 20 ) and the prayoga (Fol. 21-37). The pramāna section quotes from original texts and digests. Reference is made in this connection to Pratāparudranibandha (Fol. 1B ), Gaudanibandha ( 4A ), Bhojarāja (9B), Nrsimhaprasāda ( 10A), Viśvarūpācārya (12A), Dhavalanibandha and Rūpanārāyana (20B). The concluding portion of the work (Fol. 37B-51) deals with miscellaneous matters like satacaṇḍīvidhāna and sahasracandhividhāna.
