After the end of the 15th Patala of the Bhūtaļāmara the MS gives (Fol. 40A-B), like 10. IV. 2551 (I), a few verses which are found as the beginning of Bhūtabhairavatantra (infra).
The date of the copying of the manuscript is given (Fol. 40B-41A):
__शुभमस्तु संमत् ++++ १७८० शाके १६४५ वर्षे आखनि मासे कृष्णपक्षे दशमी सहस्पतिवासरे पुष्यनिक्षत्रे सिद्धिना योगे काशीखण्डे आनन्दकानन-अविमुक्तच्छेत्रे स्वर्गद्वारेखरनिकटे श्रीक्षणमानसनमुधे श्रौवटुकभैरवसन्निध्ये मणिकरिणका-तारकेश्वरललिता-देवी-सिद्धिपीठे लिखिते गङ्गानाथजी ।
यदि शुद्धमशुद्ध वा ... ... ... इति श्रीचूडामणितन्त्र भूतडामरग्रन्थ संपूर्ण। शुभं मङ्गलं ददातु ।
