सर्वमन्त्रेषु विद्यासु भावसंकेतमेव हि । इति सञ्चिन्त्य मनसा विशेषात् सर्वसिद्धिदम् ॥ रहस्यं न हि मन्त्राणां यदि भावो न विद्यते । मन्त्रसिद्धिः खतो न स्याज्जपहोमार्चनादिषु ।
देव्युवाच । भावस्तु विविधो देव दिव्यवीरपशुक्रमात् । गुरुवश्च त्रिधा चैव तथैव मन्त्रदेवताः ॥ आद्यभावो महादेव श्रेयः सर्वसम्रद्धिदः । द्वितीयो मध्यमः प्रोक्तस्तृतीयः सर्वनिन्दितः ॥ बहजयात्तथा होमात् कायक्लेशादिविस्तरैः । न भावेन विना देव मन्त्रविद्याफलप्रदा ॥

The present MS contains the same chapter as found in the previous MS with the concluding portions missing. It comes up to the end of the last but one line of Fol. 10A of the previous MS, omitting the quotations found there. But the whole chapter looks like a quotation incorporated in some bigger work.
