This work deals with the details of initiation including the characteristics of the preceptor and the disciple, the ten samskāras of mantras, the purification of the rosary, nyāsa, japa, homa and mudrā. Beginning:
कुलौनः सर्वविद्यायामधिकारीति गौयते । दीक्ष[]प्रभुः स एवात्र सर्वमन्त्रस्य नापरः ॥ खेरदेवगुरु[:] प्राज्ञो वनितापूजनोत्सुकः ।
नित्ये नैमित्तिके काम्ये रतः कर्मण्यनिन्दिते (खनंदित्ये)। End:
व्यथ चक्रमुद्रा। वामहस्ताङ्गुष्ठगर्भे कनिष्ठां दक्षिणां नयेत् । कनिष्ठागर्भके वामे दक्षिणाङ्गठं विनिक्षिपेत् ॥ अन्योन्ययोगतो देवि(१) चक्रमुद्रेयमौरिता ।
