This is a comprehensive Tantric compilation dealing with the details of Tantric worship. The name of the author is found in one of the introductory verses while the post-colophon statement of the present MS attributes the work to Dāmodara Sūri.

MSS of the work are noticed in Oudh. XI. 20 and Stein. 227. A MS of the work, complete in 25 chapters, is in the Society's old collection. It is a comprehensive compilation dealing with the details of the worship of various deities, specially the Mahāvidyās. The present MS contains the first two chapters and a portion of the third chapter up to the beginning of the Nāļīcakra. Beginning :
