MSS of the work have been described in L. I. 240 and IO. IV. 2573. The present MS, like the one described in IO, contains details of the worship of two deities, e.g., Kāli and Tārā. The work is based on various original Tantra texts. A list of these, identical with the one found in the beginning of the Nityāsodašikārņava section of the Vāmakeśvaratantra, is given in the introductory portions of the work. The work also refers to a number of later compilations and authors like Rāghavabhatta (Fol. 25, 26). Post-colophon Statement:
