This contains only a portion of the third chapter of the work, beginning with the last verse of the introductory section and ending with the section called Kratvarthaniyama (pp. 36-80 of the edition of the work as published in the Gaekwad's Oriental Series-Baroda, 1923). The work lays down the procedure of worship on the lines indicated in the Kalpasūtra, the topics dealt with in the Sutra being explained here with quotations from various works.
The present MS along with the preceding MS is described in L. IV. 1467, under the name Vidyakalpasūtra.
