The work contains the text of, and a very short commentary by Kāśinātha on, a selected number of verses of the Yoginihrdaya portion of the Vamakeśvaratantra. The commentary agrees so closely with the commentary of Amṛtānandanatha that it almost looks like an abridgement of the latter. For other MSS of the Yoginihṛdaya and its commentary cf. Nos. 5942ff.
