The T'antrasamgraha and Sulabhatantra prakāśa editions of this Tantra as also the edition of it as published by Kamakhya Nath Mukherji (Calcutta, 1283 B.S.) are complete in 32 Pațalas while the present MS as well as the following one are complete in 35 chapters each.
It relates to the Kaula cult as practised by Rādhā and Krşņa, the company of Rādhā—a Sakti, ensuring the success of Krsņa in his rites. Padmini, the Dūtī of Tripura-sundarī, is born by command of the goddess as the daughter of Vrşabhānu and Śrī Kļşņa accepts her as his Sakti.
