ऊर्द्धकेशो व्योमकेशो नीलकण्ठो वृषध्वजः । दिव्यौघा[:] सिद्धिदा वत्म सिद्धौघान् प्रट्णुताग्रतः ॥ वशिष्ठः कूर्श्वनाथश्च नौलनाथो महेश्वरः । हरिनाथ (वा) मानवौघान् पूट 'वच्यामि भवावती भानुमती जया विद्या महोदरी ।

सुखानन्द परानन्द पारिजातः कुलेश्वरः ॥ विरूपाक्षो देवहूतौ कथितं तारिणीकुलम् ।
