देवेश परमेशान किं त्वया जप्यतेऽनिशम् | किन्तद्ब्रह्ममयं धाम किम्बा तस्य जपात्फलम् ॥ विधिना केन देवेश साधनीयं वदख तत् ।
किं जानामि वरारोहे खरूपं तस्य भाषितम् ॥ यदाज्ञातं शङ्करेण गुरुणा मम सुन्दरि । तत्सर्व्वमवदन्तुभ्यं शङ्करः स महेश्वरः ॥ तथापि नरलोकानां परित्राणाय पृच्छसि । व्यतएव प्रवक्ष्यामि यद + + सुलोचने ॥
इति ते कथितं कौलतन्त्रमुत्तमलक्षणम् । हृदिस्थं वारिणौदेव्या बौद्धदेवेन भाषितम् ॥

The present MS contains chapters 1 to 14 and one line and a half of the 15th. The work has been printed, in 15 chapters, in the Tantrasangraha as also in the Sulabhatantraprakāśa. It has been described in L. I. 285 and HPR. I. 206.
