कथितं परमज्ञानं समया सा समाचनम् | कम्मयोगात्मकं वेदज्ञानयोगात्मकं परम् ॥ न्यासविन्यासनं भद्रं नित्यज्ञानपरापरम् । पूजासङ्केतममलं वलिसङ्केतमुत्तमम् ॥ जपसङ्केतमौशान- वहिहोमविधानकम् । त्रिबीजसाधनं गुप्तं तथा भावप्रकाशनम् ॥ महाप्रयोगसङ्केतं संशयच्छेदकारणम् ।
काले सम्पद्यते सर्व्वं काल एव हि लौयते । सृष्टिसंहारयोदेवि काल एव हि कारणम् ॥ कालभैरव रूपोऽहं त्वच्च कालस्वरूपिणी । कालः समय एव स्यात् समया त्वं पराप्रिये ॥ व्यहं सामयिकस्तेन यस्मात्तव व सदा ॥

Some of the leaves, 23 to 26, are of blue foolscap paper. 14 x 52 inches. The loaves of foolscap - 14 x 4 inches. Folia, 1-35 of which fol. 12-14 are missing. Lines, 8, 10 on a page. Extent in slokas, 700. Character, Bengali. Appearance, discoloured. Complete in 14 chapters.
The MS contains fourteen chapters. L. I. 229 and MS No. 5927 infra have 15 chapters each. According to the last colophon given below it pertains to the Vijayākalpa.
