This constitutes a commentary 011 the MadhyaKaumudi of Varadaraja. Speaking briefly, it may be taken as an abridgement of Praudha-Manorama. The author dedicated the work to Vidyanivasa Bhaṭṭācārya, brother of Viśvanatha Nyayapañcanana, the celebrated author of the Bhāsa-pariccheda. Starts from case-ending and breaks off towards the end of Samasa. The following colophon appears in fol. 28(a).
