The Ms. contaius portions of different Vedārgas. Of these, (A; contains portious of 'Pratisakhya', (B) Astronomy, (C) Chandalı-sūtra of Pingala aud (D) Phonetics.
The Chandalı-sūtra starts from the beginning and continues upto the the end of chapter iii. The following post-colophon statement occurs in the reverse of folio 16 :
ॐ श्रीविश्वेश्वराय नमः। संवत् १७२३ वर्षे माघ शुद्ध १० गुरुवासरे लिखितं पंड्या सुन्दरजी कल्याणात्मज आत्मपठनार्थ ग्रन्थः । शुभं भवतु॥
Some portions here and there are obliterated.

संवत् १६७२ समये माघ शु ... Stray leaves. Coutaius portions of "Araign" and "adati". The following colophon appears on the obverse of folio 11:
इति श्रीपिङ्गालकृतौ घर्णयतिच्छेदः॥ संवत् १६७२ समये माघ सुदि ... मंगलवासरे लिखितमिदं पुस्तकं वंशोमिश्रेण । शुभमस्तु। Printed in the Bibliotheca Indica.
