The text comprises six chapters. There is a lacuna at the end of the reverse of the folio no. 23. The text of the Ms. is very corrupt. The author is also called here as Irugapa-dandadhinatha. वागीशाधाः सुमनसः सर्वार्थानामुपक्रमे। यं नत्वा कृतकृत्याः स्युस्तं नमामि गजाननम् ॥ सुधारूपाभिधानाब्धि साकं सुमनसां गणः । सति मन्दरमन्थेन विनिर्मथ्य च कौशलात् ।। भारद्वाजकुलोत्तंलो माधवो मायनात्मजः ।

तु सम्बोधने धीरैः जिह्वामूलं प्रचक्षते । ... ... शक्तौ च उपध्मानीय उच्यते ॥१३८।।
