Contains the whole of 'कदन्त' portion. The Ms. is not very correct. Slight variations in reading are to be noticed here aud there. Some folios in the middle are partly damaged.

वर्तमानार्थक्रियावृत्तेर्धातोस्तिवादयः प्रत्यया भवन्ति। एषां संज्ञा लट् ।
End:
निसमुपविभ्यो ह्वः। निह्वयते। स्पर्धा(यामाङः)।
Coutaius portions of fagat. Some liues in the beginning are wanting and this is due to the inissing of the first folio. Breaks off in the middle of 'पात्मनेपदविधान'.
