The Ms, contains the entire body of the Dharmaśāstra, as laid down by Daksa. For the Ms., see our Cat. No. 33, where there is a slight difference in readings, to be found in the beginning; and in the end we get an altogether different sloka. Beginning :
सर्वधम्मर्थितत्त्वज्ञः सर्वशास्त्रविशारदः।
पारगः सर्वविद्यानां दक्षो नाम प्रजापतिः ॥ End :
भावयित्वा त्पिदं शास्त्रं श्राद्धकाले द्विजोत्तमाः।
भक्षयं भवति श्राद्धं पितृभ्य उपतिष्ठते ॥५॥ Colophon:
इति दाक्षे धर्मशास्त्रे सप्तमोऽध्यायः । Post-colophon:
