This Ms. corresponds neither to our Ms. no. 4674 nor to 3215, although it also bears the same name, both of the author and the work. Of course, the present work bears also the alternative name of "भवसारविवेक" as mentioned by the author himself at the very beginning. It contains Vaisnava views on daily duties (अहोरात्रकृत्य) and other subjects of importance from the stand point of Smrti. The Ms. is slightly damaged.

नमस्कृत्य शिवानाथं लक्ष्मीकान्तं जगद्गुरुम् । १ etc. नाना शास्त्राणि चालोक्य बालानां हितकाम्यया । भवसारविवेकं च कुर्वे मोहविनाशकं ॥ ५
End:
बहवो यद्यपि ग्रन्थाः यादपा (?) सन्ति भूतले । तथाप्ययं विजयते हरिनामफलैः शुभैः ॥ १७४

इति श्रीमन्महाड़करोपनामकसदाशिवसूरिसूनुभगवद्भक्तकिकरगङ्गाधरविरचिते प्रपञ्चसारविवेके अहाराजकृत्यनिरूपणं नाम अष्टमोल्लास समाप्तः ।

This is a nicely written manuscript of a Smộti work on tithi or lunar day. It begins and ends abruptly. The Ms. refers to Nirņayāmīta, Pratāpamārtanda, Viśvaprakāśa and Candraprabhā (Fol. 30 B). The author seems to be a Vaisnava writer. It is not noticed in Cat. Cat.
