The Ms. contains laws of civil procedure and inheritance as spoken by Bharuci, an older author on Smrti digests. It begins and ends abruptly. The author seems to be the wellknown king Prataparudra Deva of the rhetorical woyk Prataparudrayasobhüşaṇa, earlier than Jimūtavahana of Bengal. For Bharuci, see Kāne, Introduction to the Vyavahāramayūkha, p. xxxv ( last line ) - The colophon of the ms. is to be found on fol. 10 B. The Ms. is repaired page by page but some letters are altogether lost towards the top of every page. It is a rare ms. Beginning :
त्रिवर्षमूलफलकं क्रयमिति वि x x x णात् ॥ तन्मूल्यं वर्षश्रयादर्वागेवायाति चेत् क्रयमिति ।
