more than the 6 enumerated in Sūtasambita and they are the following
(1) Kotirudrabaqhită, (2) Agastyasamhita, (3) Umāsambită, (4) Prablādasamhita,
(5) Uttar&sabņitā, Though in the printed text there are some portions which have the same names as in these works there is nothing in common in their text. It may be poted that many of the Mābātmyas in the printed text are North Indian and those in these M88. are South Indian.
But the exceptions are Nāgarakhanda and Kablkbanda which correspond to the printed text. The printed text of Skāndapurāņa does not include Sūtasambită as the editor does not consider it as a part of Skānda.
Sanatkumāra saiphitã according to the Msg, is divided into 9 Khandag:
