ओं श्रीं हीं न म वा शि य . . . . . . . सर्वेन्द्रियाणि मोहय सर्वसंमोहिनि जन्ममृत्युभयनाशिनि आवेशि(विश) आतिष्ठ आक्रोश आशब्दकथिताय स्वाहा ।।

This Mantra is addressed to Lakşınī; and its repetition followed by certain ceremonial acts is considered to be efficacious in conferring wealth and prosperity on one. It has also the powur to bring other people under one's control and influence. Beginning: ___ अस्य श्रीश्रीमन्त्रस्य ऋचगायत्री छन्दः, लक्ष्मीर्देवता ; शं बीजं, ई शक्तिः, रं कीलकं, श्रीमित्यादिषडङ्गन्यासः । End:
श्रीं द्वादशलक्षं जपः । दशांशं त्रिमधुरयुक्तं सरोजैर्वा तिलरै(लै)वो बिल्वैर्वा सत्समिद्भिर्वा क्रान्ति(भिर्वा होम कुर्यात् ।
सधृतरुपेतं तण्डुलं सकलवश्यतमम् ॥
