COMMENTARIES.
An anonymous commentary on the Nāgānanda is described ander No. 4378. On the Ritnávall, one Sivabbatta has composed & commentary and it is described under No. 4672. No commen. tary on the Priyadaráikā is available in this library.
KUMĀ KA TĀTĀRYA,
The drama Pårijātaharaṇa, described under Nos. 4881-82 is by one Kumäratātārya, son of Venkatācārya and grandson of Srinivasaguru. Besides this drama, he has written commentaries on
(1) The Mahābhāgya of Patañjall (2) The Vaiderikasūtras of Kanāda
(8) The Särkbyasūtras of Kapila and (4) Sribhāşya of Ramanuja.
The author seems to have lived in the 17th century A. D,
JAYADEVA.
Jayadeva belonged to Kundipapura in Borar and was the son of Mahadeva and Sumitra. He was beeides being a poet, a great Naiyāyika and is known in Nyaya literature as Pakaadbara mišra. He belonged to about the 19th century A. D. His drama, the Prasadnarāghava is described in Nos. 4411-26.
VILINĀTHA. Madanasanjivanabhäņa is the drama of Vilinātha, described nader Nos. 4480-81. He was the son of Yajñadirāyaṇa of Kau: kikagotrs and he was a native of the yillage of Vigpupuram in the
