A work in poetios and rhetoric. It is in the form of stanzas together with explanations thereon. According to an interpretation of the colophons the author is Vīrau irāyaṇa ; but in the work itself he is addressed in the vocative care and praised in several places, as Pratāpa rudra was done in the Pratāparudriya. The alleged author is the same as the hero of the Vēmahhüpålacaritra or Virauârāyaṇacaritra of Abhinavabhattabāņa. The following subjects are dealt with in the work:१. ध्वनिनिरूपणम्.
