This is a treatise in poetics and rhetoric, and deals with the topics mentioned in the second stanza thereof quoted below. The commentary, accompanying the text, is called Alankārēndusēkhara, and was written by Śrīsaila Nșsimhakavi. वन्दे वन्दारुसंदोहमन्दिरालिन्दकल्पकम् । अब्जारिकलितं देवं श्रीशैलशिखरेश्वरम् ॥ नेतृकाव्यरसालङ्कारेषु नाटकपद्धतौ । क्रियते बालबोधार्थ लक्ष्यलक्षणमालिका ॥ काव्यं हि यशसेऽर्थाय शिवेतरनिवृत्तये । कान्तावदुपदेशाय परनिर्वृतये (मतम् ) ॥
