When Krsna performed the Asvamēdba sacrifice, a certain Brahmin who had already lost eight children came to Krşņa with the dead body of his ninth son and lamented before him Thereupon Lord Krşņa is said to have taken pity on the poor man and restored back to him his dead children. This is the substance of this Campu work. Beginning:
श्रीमानामोददायी निजचरणजुषां नृत्यदम्भोधिकन्याभास्वत्पादाम्बुजालङ्कततरलतुलाकोटिवाचालितायाम् । ख्यातायां द्वारकायामथ तनयसुहज्ज्ञातिसङ्घरसङ्ख्यैः
संयुक्तो वासुदेवश्विरतरमवनी पालयन् स न्यवात्सीत् ॥ अथ कदाचि . . . . जितमोदमानसैश्चातुर्वर्ण्यजनैस्समावृते तस्मिन् पुरवरे अश्वमेधोद्यममानसे च जनार्दने कश्चन महीसुरः निजगृहिण्या अनुवत्सरं प्रसूतेष्वष्टसु कुमारेषु दिष्टवशान्मृतेषु च नवसम्भूतडिम्भशवशरीरमादायानेकयादवप्रकरसम्पूरितायां यादवसभायामास्थितस्य भगवतो मधुसूदनस्य पुरतो विधाय सोरस्ताडनं साधिक्षेपमिदमभ्यभाषत । End:
परमपुरुषमवलोक्य सुन्दरतरमन्दहासमयूखशिशिरितसकलावयवौ वासुदेवकुरुनन्दनौ मुहुर्मुहुः प्रणम्य प्रमदभरतरङ्गितमानसौ बभूवतुः ।

Breaks off in the seventh Kallola.
This work gives in prose and verse the biography of Sankarăgărya. B, Vallīsahāyakavi of Vädhūlagötra. He mentions Anandagiri and Vidyāšankara. A leaf at the end contains eulogistio stanzas on the successive pontiffs of the Srågēri Mutt. Beginning: जटाबन्धोदश्चच्छशिकरहताज्ञानतमसे जगत्सृष्टिस्थमश्थनकलनस्फारयशसे । बटक्ष्मारुण्मूलप्रवणमुनिविस्मेरमनसे नमस्तस्मै कस्मैचन भुवनमान्याय महसे ।।
