The transcription of this manuscript is said to have been completed on Friday, the 9th day of the dark fortnight of the Sravana month, in the year Kalayukti. Beginning:
(पादा)रविन्दमकरन्दामृततृप्तः कथमन्यदपेक्षते इत्याहतवामृतस्यान्दिनि पादपङ्कजे निवेशितात्मा कथमन्यदिच्छति ।
स्थितेऽरविन्दे मकरन्दनिर्भरे मधुव्रतो नेक्षुरकं हि वीक्षते ॥ हे स्वामिन्नित्यध्याहार्यम् । तव भवतः। अमृतस्यन्दिनि सुधास्राविणि ! पादपङ्कजे श्रीपादकमले। End:
विध्वस्तानि विनाशितानि अशेषाणि कल्मषाणि यस्य सोऽहं वस्तुतामुपादेयताम् । उपयातः प्राप्तः अस्मि । तं यामुनेयं यामुननामधेयं नमामि तम् ॥
