This Kavaca-mantra is addressed to Tripurasundarī; and its repetition is considered to have the power of conferring prosperity on the worshipper and of bringing under his control all the three worlds. Beginning:
कैलासशिरवरे रम्ये सुखासीनं सुरार्चितम् । गिरीशं गिरिजा स्तुत्वा स्तोत्रैर्वेदान्तपारगैः ।।
एतत्सौभाग्यकवचं रहस्यातिरहस्यकम् ।
सौभाग्यकवचं देवि शृणु सौभाग्यदायकम् ॥ वाक्यम्
अस्य श्रीसौभाग्यकवचस्तोत्रमहामन्त्रस्य आनन्दभैरव ऋषिः, अनुष्टुप् छन्दः, सौभाग्यसुन्दरी देवता; ऐं क्लीं सौः बीजं, ही क्लीं शक्तिः, आं ही क्रों कीलकं, मम सौभाग्यसिद्धयर्थे जपे विनियोगः ।
शिखाग्रे सततं पातु नमस्त्रि(मम त्रिपुरसुन्दरी म् । शिरः कामेश्वरी नित्या तत्पूर्व भगमालिनी ।।
End:
वश्यं भवतु(ति) शीघ्रण त्रैलोक्यं सचराचरम् । आबालमहिला भूपाः किमु मायाविमोहिताः ॥
