Bereft of the special features noted above, Kalanirnaya of Raghunatha Dasa is an imitation of the Kalasara by the famous Gadadhara Rajagur. MAHAMAHOPADHYAYA KASHNA MISRA: Some information about Krshna Miera, who was a great scholar is obtained from the concluding portion of in which is quoted below- fa BAT ETA Tagfalt prastra AHIRITTIGTfaशाखाकूपार-पारङ्गमसाहित्यसङ्गीतछम्द:- प्राकृत ज्योतिः-पाटीवीजादिविद्गर्व सर्वकपमहामहोपध्याय कविकोविद कृष्णमिश्रविरचिते कालसर्वस्वे वैष्णवप्रकरण समाप्तम् / ERTAIG TF97: 1 It may be mentioned here that the above enlogistic description in a very slightly different form is found in the 'Sudhakara' commentary on 'Sahitya Ratnakara', written by Keshna Misra, an incomplete manuscript of which is preserved in the Museum. From the verse after AFGIata' and the last verse after each section of this commentary it is known that his grandfather Ramachandra Misra, the moon of the Kantsa family became fan.ous in Utkala for his proficiency in different branches of learning and as a performer of varions sacrifices. His son Paramananda Migra was the father of the famous Ksshna Misra. It is known that one Ramachandra son of Mrtyonjaya Miera of the Kantsa gotra wrote the बुधनन्दिनीटीका on the सहृदयानन्द महाकाव्य (73) composetl by Krshn inanda Sindhivigrahika Mahapatra a minister of Gajapati Narasi ha Deva IV of Cuttack (1377-1409 A. D.) This commentator Ramachandra can be identified with the grandfather of Kishya Migra. Thus the genealogy of Krshna Misra may be drawn as follows. MRTYUNJAYA MISRA having Kantsa gotra RA MACHANDRA MITRA anthor of बुधनन्दिनीटीका on सहृदया नन्द महाकाव्य PARAMAMANDA MISRA MAHAMAHOPADHYAYA KRSHNA MISRA, author of कालसर्वस्व (73) Notices of Sanskrit Mss, Vol. IV. 1911, p 244.
