Country paper; Devanagari characters; handwriting beautiful, bold and legible; borders ruled in triple red lines and edges in single; verse-numbers and daṇḍas marked with red pigment; text in the middle and the comm. above and below it; the fly-leaf contains a design and the names of the works viz. दुर्घटकाव्य and विद्वद्विनोदकाव्य. The Ms. contains only six verses.
