___ तस्यां पिंडिकायां तत्तद्देव प्रतिष्ठोक्तकाळं निश्चित्य पंचकुंडमंडपादि सर्व पूर्वोक्तप्रकारेण कुर्यात् ॥ अथवा एककुंडविधिनैव सर्व कुर्यात् ॥ तत्रामंगळस्नातः सपत्नीको यजमानः देशकालौ स्मृत्वा श्रीपरमेश्वरप्रीत्यर्थ एकाडाधिवासन

legible; two lines in red ink on either border upto fol. 10; the rest of the folios have no border lines; paper old and mustys it is incomplete.
The work deals with saṁnskāras, grahayajñas, grahayajñasānti, etc. It mentions Prayogaratna, Smrtyarthasāra, etc. The author Visvanātha, belonging to smärta family, is a disciple of Visvešvara. Most probably this Visvešvara is identical with Viśveśvarabhatta, alias Gāgābhatta and author of Prayogasāra, Our work seems to be a kind of supplement to it.
