tical Paribhāshās, of the nature of Paribhāshendusekhara. The Ms. has two adhyāyas complete. But the whole work must consist of some more adhyāyas, as appears from the closing portion of the 2nd adhyāya. The author very frequently refers to the works Sabdak austubha, Sekbara, Prakriyākaumudi, Pradipa, Sabdaratna , Padamañjari, and he often mentions ‘Dikshitāḥ'. According to Hall, Udayamkara taught at Benares about the beginning of the last century He has also written commentaries on the two Sekharas of Nāgojibhatta.
