This Sūri is the author of. Bhayaharastotra ( Namiüņa-thotia ) and Pañcaparameșthistotra (Bhattibhara

There are two versious of Bhaktamarastotra, one having 44 verses and the other 48. The ist version deals with four pratihāryas out of eight and the 2nd with all of them. The ist version is accepted by the Svetāmbaras (and it is looked upon as 'genuine even by many nonJaina scholars) whereas the 2nd by the 2 Digambara scholars. The four additional verses dealing with 4 prätiharyas are not same everywhere. Two varieties are noted by me in my Sanskrit introduction (p. 2 ) to my edition of Bhaktāmara etc., (noted on p. I) and one more in Maha
prabhāvika Navasmaraņa (p. 9). Begins.-- fol. 1b.
