सप्तषष्ट्यं किते वर्षे षोडशाख्ये (१६६७ ) हि संघते आषाढस्वे (श्वेतपक्षस्य पंचम्यां बुधवारके । ६ ग्रीवापुरे' महासिंधोस्तटभागं समाभिते । प्रसंग (र्ग ) संयुक्ते श्रीचंद्रप्रभसद्मनि ॥ ७ ॥ वर्णिनः कर्मसीनाम्नः वचनात् मयकाऽरचि ॥ भक्तामरस्य सद्वृत्तिः रायमल्लेन वर्णिना ॥ ८ ॥ कथारूपीकृतं एवं भक्तामर प्ररूपणं ॥ श्लोकसहस्रमिदं येषां ब्रह्मरायेन (ण) जल्पितं ॥ ९ ॥

Extent. - 53 folios; 13 lines to a page; 30 letters to a line. Description.- Country paper thick and grey; Devanāgarī characters; bold, clear and very big hand-writing; foll. numbered as usual; borders carelessly ruled in two lines in black ink ; red chalk used; on fol. r there is a circular disc with ँ in the centre ; ॥ ॐ नमः सिद्धं ॥ is written in all the four corners; this Ms. contains both the text and its commentary; portions unwanted struck out by applying black ink on them e. g. on foll. 35 and 36 and some times white chalk used; at times as on fol. 37 a strip of paper pasted to portions worn out and the letters required supplied; edges of several foll. worn out; the upper edge of fol. 53 badly damaged with the corresponding letters
