prabha Súri, pupil of Dharmaghoşa Sūri. Subject.- Of the 28 verses the first 24 eulogize the 24 Tirthan.
karas (Lord Rşabha and others) one by one, the 25th any Tirthankara, the 26th all the Tirthankaras, the 27th the Jaina canon and the 28th the goddess of speech. So this hymn gives rise to 24 stutis one for every Tirthankara when the last three verses are grouped with the ist 24 verses one by one.
Every verse is embellished by eight yamakas.
