श्रीगणपतये नमः । अथ कल्पचिंतामणिप्रारंभः । अथौषधविधिमंत्रः ।
विधिमंत्रसमायुक्तमौषधं सफलं भवेत् । विधिमंत्रविहीनं तु कार्यकद्देषजं न हि ॥१॥
__ तत्रादौ कालनिर्णयः। सूर्यग्रहणे प्राप्ते दीपोत्सवदिनत्रये। पुष्पासूलार्कबारे वा महानवमिवासरे ॥२॥ युगादौ वा मन्त्रादौ वा प्रोद्धरेतां महौषधीं।
खादिरेण तु कीलेन द्वादशांगुलमानतः ॥३॥ etc. Ends.- fol. 40%
कपिलाजाघृतेनैव कज्जलं कारयेदुधः। तेन नेत्रांजने क्षिप्रमदृश्यो जायते नरः।

ing good ; double lines ruled in black ink on borders; topic-headings and colophons tinged with red pigment. It is a fragment, the first 26 folios of which are missing The text is an admixture of Sanskrit and Hindi. The last 7 lines on fol. 40° are added by some one afterwards in a different hand; the subject matter is a prescription of quicksilver pills.
