Sukhlal does not consider this sútra as a part of the Ävaśyakasútra. For his remark see his prastāvanä (p. 45 ) to his edition of Pañca pratikramaņa.

On p. 789a, there is a remark as under :
"एतास्तिस्रः स्तुतयो नियमेनोच्यन्ते, केचिदन्या अपि पठन्ति, न च तत्र नियमः।" 2 On p. 112b, it is stated that "Cartet: tatt faza1979, Arta 3110 पठन्ति, न च तत्र नियम इति म तळ्याख्यानक्रिया"
